Not happy with your purchase?
Simply get in touch with us at info@sweetsmellsuk.com with details of your order number and why you are dissatisfied. We will issue you with a returns reference and shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.
